What do you mean by in the WAN? Anonynmous from the outside or local accounts on a PC that are not domain accounts?

Softgrid's based on users and groups in the domain. In theory, you could put everyone instead of domain users for allowing to connect to the server, then you could in theory put everyone in the domain group that you assign permissions to your package and in theory, that might work for a non domain user.

ok, because i have a situation that the clients are not in the LAN,they are in the WAN,so i wann know whether there exists a tool can support this kind of situation and allow clients connect the server to get application.it seems that softGrid Client Management can not connect to server using username and password which is not in the domain.Or i can set it in the Server Tool?if not ,we should use VPN?
