EmailOnClose not displaying token contents

I've added the $ticket_resolution token to the EmailOnClose email but instead of displaying the resolution it displays the text $ticket_resolution.  Any ideas?

  • Are you using the email on events templates or a custom ticket rule?

    • Oops, I deleted the replies. As you stated, I was not using the custom ticket rule and you stated that the tokens would only work in the CTRs. You also stated that the correct token would then be $resolution.
  • Where do you find those tokens? the only ones listed in the documentation don't actually work in the CTRs.
    • And I've just now understood that those tokens are set in the SQL query.
      • You are correct sir. And since the resolution column isn't aliased, it's just $resolution.

I can confirm those tokens only work in Custom Ticket Rules as mentioned by chucksteel.
