enable or disable the check box of Adobe
Hi All
We need some scirpt or java code for which i need to disable the check box for "show each document in its own window" of Adobe Reader present in menu of Edit > preferences > categories > documents > show each document in its own window.
Through coding we need to disable or enable based on our requirement pls i need urgent help in this regard

Might this be just held in a registry key?
Procmon will show you - toggle the option with procmon running and see where this setting is stored.

hold on a sec hoss, before you get all fancy with scripts why not try the adobe customization wizard? google or search for "adobe customization wizard" on adobe.com for the download.

Owen, that kind of assumes that the OP wants to apply the change to a package. If the requirement is to make the change after installation (perhaps someone omitted it from the original package) then a scripted solution is a QAD route. Of course, you or I might want to rebuild the package and re-deploy it properly, but that's a whole different kettle of fish.
