Error -6006 (Adobe Product)

I am trying to run the installation Wizard for Adobe Illustrator, but InstallSheild Wizard gives my the error box, Error Code: -6006. It tells me to Close any running programs, Empty temp folder, check net connection, but overall doesn't work no matter what I do.

Any suggestions?
