Esker Tun 11.5 Deployment

Has anyone done Esker Tun Plus package or deployment via SCCM in total silent without a reboot ? Apparently installl with the slient.ini still shows the progress bar and cancel button, this is not real silent but just no interaction required. Repackaging seems not to be easy as few services should be running including License sever locally...anyone ?
