File Synchronization limit

I need to push out a 30 MB file to about 1000 windows servers. I have a single 6.4 K1000.  Should I do these in batches or just push it out to everything at once? I did about 100 Windows 2016 server and it seemed to work fine.

It looks like there is a 1 day distribution window. I don't want to overload it.

Use File Sync to do this, since this task is then done if an agent checks in.
For remote locations setup replication shares.
Update your appliance to a supported and current version, since 6.4 is End Of Life for a _REALLY_ long time, so you may have multiple additional issues where no one will help you anymore if you stumble upon a bug or someone finds one for this environment.

I have a 1.4GB file replication going to about 125 computers across the country.  The only issue I've seen is if a bunch of computers check in right after I've uploaded a new version, they're all going to pull it from the KACE SMA at once.  Is it optimal?  I don't know, but I do it.

You should use a Replication share to do this.
