finding Assignee Name Field
we are trying to find were the Assignee Name is changed and can not seem to find the field in assets?
the pictures below are of two different computer only so that i dont post someones name without asking first .
the first picture shows how the asset is assigned and the second show that "Assignee Name" field we would like populated.

Not sure I fully understand your question.
The Asset table contains an owner_id column that you join to the user table to pull in the actual user's name.

Let me see if i can explain better. we have a computer in our assets call it H1212 and if i filter assets by type there is a column for "Assignee Name" and it is blank however if i going to the assets page for H1212 the "Assigned To:" field is filled out and we would like that info to show in the search results. see above for added pictures. - ASEatmon 4 years ago

Computer assets are assigned to an owner based on Device Assignment settings in Settings, General. There are three options to choose from. In my organization we have this disabled and assign computer owners manually.
