First question - hopefully easy - Software installation log
Just deployed the Kace SMA (12.168) and I'm still learning its features. I wanted it to install a remote access agent (RemotePC) on 3 computers. It worked on 2, but failed on the 3rd. Where do I find the reason why this one failed?

first step should be looking into the logs of the client: C:\ProgramData\Quest\KACE\user and also in the appliance under Setting | Logs
to check what failed.
