From not allowed to allowed time?
Marked team viewer from not allowed to allowed. Still being blocked. Removed labels, forced inventory, and marked all programs in software catalog as allowed and rebooted and forced inventory again. How long does this take?

OK, took 20 minutes... But any explanation on why inventory didn't do it or what part of the list of things I did that actually caused it would be helpful.

the allowed/not allowed is made by the metering service. It has its own schedule.
You can run a runkbot if you know the ID.
Since this is different on every system you need to check it by yourself:
1. Go to SMA/adminui/kbot_list.php?SHOWALL=1#showall
2. Search for the KSWMeter-Scripts and run them manually if you need it right now.
