Getting some erros
I have been testing with the AppDeploy Repackager and it seems to work great until I try to install the msi file that I have generated. The current error I'm getting is this
"Could not write value VersionMajor to key
\Products\4dd7c2F682BC0304CE9A4E021AE8\InstallProperties.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."
The account I'm using to install the msi file with does have local admin rights to the computer.
When I generated the msi file I did it on a computer (Wxp) that was just reloaded with XP so there shouldn't be any "exrta" stuff on that system.
Where am I going wrong here?

I would tend to believe you are not doing anything wrong ;) We've seen similar problems testing earlier versions. We are to release a Beta 2 in the next couple of days. Please try again with this updated release as there have been a number of enhancements and fixes since the build you have now.

This (part of the Windows Installer "metadata") indicates that you have captured an MSI which you shouldn't be doing. Use a transform to modify an MSI instead.

Good catch AngelD! The next release is already configured to look for a spawned MSIEXEC process to warn anyone doing this accidentally.

Checking for spawned msiexe process is one really good "feature" Bob!
