GPO pushing Authentication Certificate

We have recently deployed a new wireless solution at HQ.  All is working as it should with that solution.  It requires a certificate for the authentication server.  We pushed this via Group Policy.  During our test phase it was pushed to a specific OU for testing purposes and everything worked fine.  Now that we are live on the new system, we are pushing it via the default domain policy.

On ocassion we are seeing mulitple machines losing the certificate or some process is removing it.  Its only two or three machines a day but it is very annoying.  What gives???
