Has anyone upgraded to v10.1?
We have just upgraded our DEV system to v10.1. They have given fixes for most of the faults found in v10, however, most of these were not broken in DEV i.e. reply via email to ticket(s), HTML formatting etc. and everything seems to be working fine (which was the same for v10).
Has anyone upgraded to v10.1 in their production system? We are a bit reluctant to put v10.1 into production in case it breaks more?
Any suggestions appreciated?
We don't use the help desk module for our sma but I have upgraded to 10.1 and found that it's improved just about everything for us. Especially the patch catalog, loads in 1-2 seconds now compared to almost a minute on v10.0.
Keep in mind that it will switch over to using public ip's instead of internal unless you ignore the public ip addresses.
