Error 1310 is one of the common error which found in istallation and people cannot solve it because they did not know how to fix it. I have already face (<a href="http://www.error1310.com">error 1310</a>) and searching solution. Finally I have fixed it and I am sharring my personal experience that i used for fixing it.
- Click on Start button | Select My Computer
- Click on Tools | Folder Options
- Now select View tab | Advanced Settings | Simple File Sharing
- Click on OK
- Close Folder option Window.

This behavior can occur when you install software by means of a Microsoft Terminal Server session in which the system account does not have full permissions to all the necessary files and folders on the server. This behavior can also occur when the Windows Installer becomes unregistered during the installation process.
