Help with MSI (Microsoft Installer) error 258: The wait operation timed out.

Error 258 is a Win32 (system) error code. Look later in your log file to identify the Windows Installer error being returned.
For example:
Failed to grab execution mutex. System error 258.
MainEngineThread is returning 1618
