How can I create a secured folder within active directory?

I need to create a secured folder, which only certain domain users can access, within an active directory shared drive on Windows server2003

Answer

make the folder/Directory on the server. Share the folder, then give the specific group you want to have access to it.

CMDs:

mkdir, net share

You can also, if you need do it in any other language you like, PowerShell, VBS etc
