How can I create a ticket in Kace from a Microsoft Teams channel?

We use Teams extensively in our organization. We would like to be able to initialize the creation of a ticket in Kace from a Microsoft Teams channel.

I have seen videos that show people using Power Automate to initiate a ticket in ServiceNow and have thought that there surely has to be a way to do something similar with Kace, but I have been unable to find it.

I use the Teams trigger "for a selected message" (I think that's what it is called). The flow gathers information from the user via adaptive cards (post a message and wait for the response) and then sends the ticket to the appropriate queue via email. Ticket variables set the owner, category, etc.
