How can I Input the Volume Licence details in to the Assets (Licences) on Kace???
Hi Everyone,
We have a large ammount of Microsoft Licences which are at varing levels of versions, and I need to input the licencing. As microsoft licences can be rolled back we can use the 2013 licence on any version in the same family. how can I capture this information in the licence?
Here is a example for the Microsoft professional family versions we are using under the 2013 Licence :-
- Microsoft Office 97, Professional Edition
- Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Professional
- Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010
What I have done is added to the licence for 2010 the Software for the 97, but this make the reports not add up because it is counting the 97 licences twice.
Any guidance at all would be very greatly recived, many thinks for any ones time.

We have 2007, 2010, 2013 running under our ALA from microsoft. We created a license for each version and tied it to the software smart label for that version. We run a report that combines the 3 items in the report so we see how many of each version we are running and the total for all versions.
