How can I "Install" App-V on a client workstation and use Packages?

Ok, this may seem like a dumb question, but.... Can someone tell me how to install APP-V Client?

I mean I have actually installed the Client on my workstation, but, I dont know how to use the packages,  Is there set of guidlines to do this?

I know my question is vauge, so if you need more info let me know.

For testing, once the App-V client is installed, I would use the generated MSI with the App-V sequenced app to 'install' the virtual app. Copy the folder locally, and run the MSI elevated. Or you could use the info on the URL you posted, that works too.
