How can you do change management in KACE

HI Folks

I am trying to see if change management would work in KACE. In most Service Management tools the approval process in Change Management is the differentiator. How it should work is the approval must be electronic sign off. It should also follow a prescribed work flow (i.e. the approvers should be a hierarchy and it should be by type of change e.g. as a senior manager I will approve a network change if it has been reviewed and approved by the network specialist, but that same network specialist should not be involved in the approval workflow of an application change. Normally this would all tree up to approval by the CAB)

Is the approval engine in KACE able to do this? at least at a generic level.

Regards Tony

I have not seen a full CM process in place with the K1... but depending on complexity and your processes, the help-desk queues might help: Please check this URL: http://www.itninja.com/question/change-management
