How do I create a script that uninstalls Bomgar Jump Start from targeted machines?

Assuming it's installed via a msi, you can go to Scripting-Configuration Policies-Uninstaller

From there, select the software you are looking to remove from the drop-down box. The wizard should populate your uninstall string. Give it a name and save. Next, go into Scripts, find that script and enable it. From there, target the machines you want to uninstall the product from. You may want to create a smart label identifying the machines and use that label.

If the original installer is not an MSI, have you looked at the uninstallstring in the registry for this application?  This is generally found under: HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Uninstall/<name or guid of application>
