Miscellaneous

I have a user that has a Windows 10 Surface Pro 4 that is having issues with his keyboard.  I have blown his profile away and that still didn't resolve it.  Whenever he is in an excel document or datasheet, when he hits the 9 key, the page moves up and when he hits the 3 key the page moves down.  Same goes for the arrow keys on the 10 key pad.  I have looked everywhere to turn this off but I'm not finding anything on it. Any ideas?
