How do you turn off automatic update check with ORCA while installing from the msi?

I know a transform file needs to be created but don't know the key.

FFR, the simplest route to finding out this stuff - if it's not already documented here - is to take a capture of the setting being made then merging the resulting MSI into your "main" MSI.
