This is because you have to enter a whole bunch of settings information via the wizard.

However, if all your installations were identical, then you could create an msi installer file like good ol' fashioned Appdeploy used to do, or maybe PaceSuite does and once you have an msi you would then be able to use the standard msi silent switches.
