How to check when a program was last used?
I would like to run a report to show when a program was last used.
I know you can go to an icon's properties->general->accessed and you can see when it was last used, and hopefully someone can help me run a report where Kace can pull that information from particular programs.
To give you a bit of context we have a program used by over 50 people in the company however many are using different versions ranging from 2012-2018. We want to figure out easily from a report who is using which program, and since many people have multiple versions installed, we have to check which ones they have used most recently.

You will need to enable Software Metering, but FYI this is a heavy task, since the KACE agent has to monitor processes being opened in the Task Manager all the time and report back to main kbox.
Once you have the data collected inside the kbox, you could try to build reports with it.
