How to display KACE ticket number onto survey monkey
I have created a survey through survey monkey. i have added this link onto the KACE (k1000) closed ticket email that is sent out to the customer after the ticket has been closed. when the ticket is closed, the link displays in the 'closed email' sent out to the customer. the customer is then able to click on the link. the link then takes them over to the Survey monkey survey that was created. the user is able to fill out the information successfully.
My question: how can I relate or have survey monkey display the KACE ticket number onto the survey they have filled out?

Survey Monkey should allow you to take in a parameter from the requesting URL. We use Qualtrics and are doing just that. We have the survey set to accept the "Ticket_number" parameter from the requesting URL. The close message includes the parameter and the variable for the ticket number:
Please complete the survey at
http://domain.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=uniquesurveyidentifier&Ticket_number=$ticket_number
and submit your comments.
