How to package Outlook addin?
I got an application and that is an add-on for outlook. When i install that exe in outlook options\addin it shows my addon is active. This exe is extracting an msi and when I install the msi it shows the same that addon is installing and it's active.
Shall I create an mst with naming conventions and submit or else is there anything else that i need to take care off? as this is an outlook addon and so i'm worrying whether we need to osomething more in this?

From what is sounds like you should be able to extract the exe and use the msi to deploy with a transform. You'll probably not want Office running when pushing this out.
1. Create MST for the extracted MSI.. Install the extracted msi along with mst.. capture it using some capturing tool
2. Capture the installation of your Setup.exe as well
Compare both interms of registries and files/folders
You will come to know what is missing in the msi..
