how to terminate msi installation using vbscript custom action.
i have one condition , if it true MSi installation/Uninstallation should terminate. How can i implement through vbscript in custom action. ?
anybody assist me.

What is the condition?
Folder Exists?
File Exists?
Registry Exists?
Ini Exists?
AppSerach & LaunchCondition tables should help you..

You can do this directly in the LaunchConditon table. If you really need to teminate your installation through VBS CustomAction, you can read something more here.

Custom Action, Type 19 should do it. No need to script it.

If you are using the InstallShield Editor, then select Custom Actions and Sequences, right click Custom Actions and select New Error. Then right click the newly created custom action and select Custom Action Wizard.
