How to uninstall Microsoft Application Error Reporting ??

"CustomAction CADwDoSharedRefCountRemove returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)" is the issue.

Are in process of uninstalling an application that installed Microsoft Application Error Reporting ? Or simply uninstalling the later ? What is your target operating system ?

Simply Uninstalling Microsoft Application Error Reporting. Target OS:- Windows 7.

I assume that Windows 7 machine that you are using is not a vanilla build (only OS installed) but also has other softwares installed. 

From my findings, I have arrived to conclusion that Microsoft Error Reporting gets associated with Operating System and it cannot be removed using the "Msiexec /x" command but can be done with complex script by deleting the related files and registry hives.

However instead trying to uninstall it, it is wise to simply disable it.
