import csv into Kace to create tickets
I have a list of priorities from a spreadsheet that I need to create Kace tickets from. Thoughts on importing?

If you have enabled creating tickets by email you can use mail merge with the sheet to create multiple tickets

I was thinking more of a SQL insert or CSV import. Both require me to know the field names.

I've never had success creating tickets with INSERT statements, though that doesn't mean it's not possible. You can also create tickets via the API but I find it MUCH much easier to use the mail merge method. - JasonEgg 3 years ago
