In the Service Desk Module (Tickets) Sorting "Status" gives a "data loading error"

So I go to Queue: All Queues and View By: All Tickets
I can click on submitter, created, priority, etc, and my ticket list sorts.  But when I click on "status" it has issues loading the data (you know the big red bar, "I can't do this").

In addition, If I do an Advanced Search and look up say, only "New" or "Closed" it sorts fine.  This leads me to believe that one of my "statuses" has something that is making the sort fail.  Is anyone aware of a bug?

This is more of an annoyance than issue since only the Helpdesk Supervisor does this, but any info would be helpful.

I'm using an appliance on Ver. Version: 6.4.119927

  • Do you know where to get the error logs? If so, can you copy the error logs when you get the error about the status so we can try to figure out what's causing your error?

      • Can you get a screenshot of the error when it occurs and also a screenshot of the statuses that are set up in your queue configuration? - KACE_Irwin 8 years ago
  • After a recent update the error has gone away, I cannot replicate it. It's good, but I feel like it's going to pop its ugly face later. For now, all is good, Thanks KACE_Irwin! - Soloman007 7 years ago
