Setting INI files as Windows Installer keypath
Is it good to set INI file as keypath and what will happen if set ini file as keypath

You can not set INIFile as KeyPath when it is in INIFile table. If the INIFile is in File table then you can set it as KeyPath.

If the ini file is in your package as a file, it's as valid a keypath as any other.
What will happen is if the ini file disappears from the machine, windows installer will detect it when your application starts and initiate a self-heal.
