ok, what is your question?
Do you want to install a software to a device which was added to the inventory?
If yes, do the following:
1. create a Managed Installation
2. create a Label which contains new machines. The Label wizard can do this, which contain devices which are only a few hours part of the inventory.
3. Bind the MI to this label.
If you want to do something different be more specific. Also if you need more info about any of the points.
