Integrating ChatGPT for automatically linking a knowledge base article to a new ticket.

Hello everyone,

I've been looking into the use of ChatGPT in the workplace and it got me thinking about better automations for my Helpdesk. Is it possible to integrate ChatGPT into Kace to look at freshly entered tickets and automatically link a knowledge base article that is also in Kace. I know there is that drop down for owners to link a knowledge base article but I'm wondering it could be automatic. I also know that there is that option to suggest knowledge base articles as the user fill out the ticket but people don't pay attention to that.

So, is there a way to do it with ChatGPT or some other method?
