Is it possible in K1000 Ticket Service to set Work as required?

Hello everybody,

Is it possible to set the work register as required to close a Ticket?

Or is there another way to set time as required by a Ticket before you close it?


Sorry it is the German Help Desk. But i hope you understand what i mean.

DanGo you can create a ticket rule that will add a default value into the work list for every ticket, if that works just set that up.

You can get away with writing to the HD_WORK table if you collect the Ticket ID in the array from the select statement.
