Java will not quit with out force quit.

We have an ERP system that is using Java and on one of our Macs after the user has been in it for an hour or so she cant get her window to close without doing a force quit and when she reboots she gets a window with the following. Does any one have any idea.

Before I give the contents of the log she is getting I though some vital stats would be help full

System Model:iMac17,1

RAM 8gb
