K1000 Express catalogue has downloaded but drivers and bios show as not downloaded

I have a fresh install of K1000 Express.  I have setup the update subscription and can download the catalogue.  I've confirmed with Dell that I have connected to them and downloaded the catalogue.  I have installed the agent on two Dell OptiPlex 780's and they are reporting with inventory. 

When I go and try to update their bios, the bios shows as "not downloaded".  I've look at the other drivers being reported as needed on my two computers and nothing has been downloaded.

Any idea?
