K1000 Install Adobe Acrobat 2017

Hello,

I create a customized install for Adobe Acrobat 2017 using Adobe's ACT. I zipped the required Adobe files to install the program. Created a MI, and was able to deploy it, and install Adobe Acrobat 2017 on a workstation.

When I open up Acrobat 2017 on the workstation, it is asking for a Sign IN although I entered the license number in the ACT and also in the ABCPY.INI file.

Any help would be appreciated.

  • We are seeing this same issue, but only sporadically. We haven't found any patterns. Very annoying. - JasonEgg 4 years ago

Are you using a "volume" serial key, you can't skip registration part if you don't have a volume serial key.

  • Been there, so.... retail keys will not work for mass deployment solutions...

It has to be a Volume Licensed Key.

I'm sure if you enable the /log in the command line, it will point something about it. - Channeler 4 years ago
