KACE Product Support

All - recently had a latitude 7280 build out but in Kace only shows 2 drivers for the update comparison report. The system inventory shows way more drivers and their current versions. I am unable to push the driver updates out as kace does not know about them to push out is seems. Prime example would be the bios was listed at 1.6 when 1.8.1 is listed in the system inventory originally. I can manually push those updates out and they do get reflected in on the system inventory but do not ever show on the comparison report.  here is a screen shot  When I look in the device manager all the drivers are present although you do see below some have a version of 0 . ex would be realtek usb audio.

Has anyone experienced this and if so what did you do to solve we tried reimaging and still the same issue.  All other models 7280s  build the same way have not experienced this so I would assume the image used before is still good.
