Software Deployment

I used the K1000 Windows Agent GPO Provisioning Tool to deploy the agent to many computers. It works well but it was applied to too many OUs. To correct the problem where the agent got installed by mistake another GPO was set up to uninstall the agent for that OU. It worked on many 32-bit computers but fails to uninstall on 64-bit computers it seems. There are still 120 computers that have the agent installed and they are not uninstalling. Has anyone else used this tool for uninstalling the agent?
