K2000 Imaging Dell Venue 11 Pro
I am attempting to use our K2000 to image a new Dell Venue 11 pro. I am attempting to PXE boot and after several minutes a message is displayed saying the partition table is invalid. Has anyone had any success with imaging a Venue 11 pro?

I'm still waiting for ours to get here, but I imagine like other Windows 8 tablets that you'll need to boot using a UEFI usb stick, not PXE as it is not yet compatible with UEFI.
Tried booting via our standard K2000 KBE USB stick, however it will not connect to the K2000 server (gives network erros saying it cant access the IP address). This same process works fine on any other machine I use.

Did you subscribe to the Venue 11 drivers and recache/rebuild your KBE? - nheyne 10 years ago

Looks like they don't have the Venue drivers available yet... You'd have to manually place them in that case before you recache and rebuild. - nheyne 10 years ago

Hi Jladd,
We have not received our shipment of Venue Pro 11's yet, however I may be of some assistance.
From experience with the Latitude 10 which are also required to boot via a UEFI USB KBE, you will need to do a number of things.
1. Ensure you have a the correct drivers in your KBE driver share, \drivers\kbe_windows_x64\
- For the Latitude 10 we required a driver for the dock NIC, in this case it was the LAN 7500 USB Driver.
- Once you are happy with the drivers, you will need to recache the driver feed.
2. Install Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) for Windows® 8 on your local machine.
3. Download the K2000 Media Manager (I'm running K2000 version 3.5.80613)
4. Open the Media Manager, select the appropriate path and upload your KBE.

Jladd, I am having issues with imaging a venue 11 pro 7130. Are you using the docking station that came with venue? I can't get the flash drive to pull an ip address. I guess i'll try and inject another network driver - kseanng 10 years ago

Hi JLadd,
To boot the Venue Pro 11 into KBE you will need to follow what I have listed above, as well as download the latest WinPE4 Driver pack from http://www.kace.com/support/resources/kb/solutiondetail?sol=SOL111717
You will only need the x64 directory, however, it wouldn't hurt to replace your x86 either.
Don't forget to recache your drivers.
