K2000 RSAs not replicating the Driver Feed

So I am deploying a new installation and have been trying to get my first image deployment under my belt so that I can start the fun part of tweaking things to how I want.
I have hit a brick wall because the RSA's Samba shares appear to be empty. I have a few Lattitude computers driver feed selected and downloaded on the central k2000. Everything is linked nicely to my remote sites and the Sync claims to be sucessfull taking an ungodly number of hours to replicate my image and drivers around the world, but when I go into the Samba share in the RSAs it is completely emtpy. The main appliance I can see all of the shares ok, and also in the Deployments > Remote Sites section, If I go into the RSA and click to view the Hidden Information, it says all Drivers are selected and downloaded.
When I try to deploy to a notebook at one of my remote sites, it seems to go well until the first reboot where it says there are missing Windows files and saying that there is possibly corrupted MBR(yes, I have confirmed the MBR type is correct in the pre-deployment tasks). I am speaking to Dell, will hopefully speak to their senior engineer tomorrow morning as the engineer I am speaking to seems to be experiencing the same issue in his deployment. They think it is down to the drivers not being there and the computer not being able to access the PXE OS to complete the installation.
Has anyone experienced this or has any possible solution?
If not, and I get an answer tomorrow, I will post up on here for future reference.
