KACE agent disconnects on VM's

We are currently using KACE as a Service and for some reason, we are getting random Agent Disconnects error on our servers that are hosted on a VM environment.  When we push a detect I will get a random number of servers that get disconnected, and that number and servers will change. The servers and numbers are random each time a detection/deployment is deployed. I have spoken to support and they cannot seem to find a known cause. Has anyone seen this behavior? This will not happen If we do that same for office desktop in an office environment.

\ProgramData\Quest\KACE\user\KAgent.log

\ProgramData\Quest\KACE\konea.log

Both of these log files may contain information as to why the Agent is failing.  You may want to review them for error messages and report the errors here.  You need to match on the date/time of the patching task.

Please post the version information for the SMA, Windows Kace Agent and version of Windows OS.

Where are the endpoints in relationship  to the SMA, for example are the in the same building?  Are you using replication?

There is also the KAT (Kace Agent Toolkit) that can be used to collect logs.
