Software Deployment

Hello, we have the Kace V12.1.52 agent installed on the PCs of our park. The version of kace is 12.1.168.

We encounter problems concerning PCs offline on kace but well started and connected to the network.

After research, it turns out that the certificates present here :C:\ProgramData\Quest\KACE are in cause, after the replacement of the certificates by those copying from a PC appearing on line in kace, the PC down is again on line in kace.

The installation of the kace agent is done via a GPO.
