Subject: K1000 - Patch Download Failed

 

Network Connectivity checks performed on the following urls failed:

  • kace.cdn.lumension.com/kace/kbox3-ec.xml Response Code:502

Inorder for the patch downloads to work, it is necessary for the K1000 server to reach these urls.
Please check your network configuration to verify nothing is blocking access to the above mentioned urls.

Hint: If proxy server is being used, you might have to add an exception for these urls. Please check the server logs for more information.

Sorry guys, we're aware the patch feed is down at the moment. We have a high priority issue open with Ivanti (the third-party vendor hosting the feed) now.
I'll update you as we find out more.
