Kace K1000 not detect new version

We have the Kace K1000 Systems Management Appliance, it is not detecting new versions of software.

We have the Visual Studio 2017, Office Home and Business 2019 for example, but the softwares are not detected in the software item, or in Software Catalog, or in License Compliance.

Already reinstall the Software Catalog, check the database, force inventory in the desktops, but nothing solves.

Kace K1000 version 9.0.270.

Kace agent version 9.0.167.

  • Do other parts of the inventory get updated? Does this affect all computers or just some?
  • The desktop inventory works, the applications appear in the desktop inventory, but they do not appear in the Software Catalog and License Compliance.

Can you check if it is appearing under UnCataloged tab? If it does, then it's not cataloged and you can send a request to add that application to the catalog from the uncataloged detail page of that app.
