Kace ServiceDesk 7.x HTML email templates
Hi there
Maybe it is just me, but i cant really get the HTML /Mark Down to work in my email templates.
Do any of you have an example of a working HTML template i could look at ?

Unfortunately, I don't have any example from our Serv Desk (only use plaintext). Have you checked out the Markdown documentation, it is limited HTML: http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/syntax

I am aware of that its limited HTML.
I am not an HTML "Shark", so it is just to see some good examples of what is possible.
