We have been using this appliance since January without any issue, but with these new systems, we suddenly get this error message. I strongly imagine it has to do with NIC drivers since I can't get a Mac address, since it usually prints out on the screen when deploying, and running IPConfig returns me nothing, meaning the device clearly isn't able to communicate with the appliance.

I have tried to research this for quite some time now, and can't seem to find any post about something like this...

How would we be able to get the drivers in order for the device to deploy properly?

Thanks in advance,

Benjamin,

go to:

https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/desktops-and-all-in-ones/thinkcentre-m-series-desktops/thinkcentre-m920q/downloads

get the file:

SCCM Package For Windows PE 10 (64-bit) - ThinkCentre M920t, M920s, M920q, M920x, M720t, M720s, M720q, Lenovo V530, ThinkStation P330 Tiny Systems

expand that and copy the contents to your kbox \\ikbox\peinst\drivers\kbe_windows_x64 directory for 64 (\\ikbox\peinst\drivers\kbe_windows_x86) for 32

compile a new kbe and set that as default for pxe boot in the console under settings.
