kbox_dbdata.gz is too large

Attempting to upgrade K1000, but received error:  kbox_dbdata.gz is too large.  How do I correct this issue?

FYI, for anyone else still looking to resolve this... I had to contact KACE (via chat).  For my scenario, the fix involved getting a patch that rebuilt bloated tables.  

They mentioned that 5.4 resolved a lot of table bloat issues.
