Kbox patching using 99% CPU 2 days later, how to remotely cancel all patch jobs on end points?

Hi All,

Have a patch job for VDI's in small groups (about 80 per group) that patches google chrome, adobe reader and flash player. We use WSUS for windows updates as this works without issue.

Come in today and getting multiple reports of slow systems, the whole environment is maxed out with CPU. Rather than go to all these systems at 100% CPU (which may or may not be because of kbox) and force rebooting is one option, but what I would rather would be an option to send a task to all systems to kill/close AMPagent.exe and then kpatch.exe.

Anyone have any ideas how to complete this? Willing to try anything.

Also anyone successfully patching their VDI environment with kbox? I find unless the group is a single machine I always have errors and failures.
