Knowledge Base with 5.4
Hello,
So we recently updated our Kbox to 5.4. I see there are now collumns for Views and when i go into the article it can show me changes made to the article. How do i enable these items. I've changed articles and it doesn't update this show history and i've viewed articles and it doesn't start the counter.
Any thoughts?

The views from my understanding are registered when viewed from the User Portal side of the KBOX, not when done on the admin side. - nshah 10 years ago
